Wind Controller to improve safety in Nelja Energia wind turbines

Wind Controller Oy and the biggest wind investor in the Baltics, Nelja Energia AS, have agreed on a project to improve safety in Winwind manufactured wind turbines. Wind Controller will deliver software and hardware to 18 turbines in Estonia. The goal of the project is to add fire alarm system and camera surveillance in three of their wind parks. The fire alarm system will be delivered by a local company in Estonia.

"Safety is a very important thing for us and for everyone in the wind industry. We are happy to help Nelja Energia improve safety of their turbines. For us this is also our largest project so far and helps us to gain a better status in the Estonian market," states CEO Jari Valle.
